Health Consultation
Required for Lipolysis Shots, Injectable Procedures, and IV Therapy
Service Description
Before receiving any of our wellness treatments—including Lipolysis Shots, injectable aesthetic procedures, or IV Therapy—a personalized health consultation is required. This virtual appointment will be conducted via Zoom with our licensed Nurse Practitioner. During this consultation, we will: Review your medical history and current health status. Discuss your goals and concerns. Answer any questions you may have. This one-on-one session ensures that all procedures are tailored to your individual needs and performed with the highest standard of care. Note: This consultation is by request and must be completed prior to your first treatment session.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or rescheduling, please call us at (404) 800 - 3996 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full-service charge. All rescheduling requests within 24 hours of appointment will incur a $40 fee due at time of rescheduled service date. Absolutely no extra guests/ children unless being serviced.
